Updated: Oct 1, 2022
As part of his trip to Africa, executive director John Stanko visited the work of FCCI member and elder Solomon Mwesige in Kampala, specifically in the Bulenga area of Kampala. He was mot impressed by what he saw. First, Dr. Stanko taught a full-day leadership seminar sponsored at the Good News Church. At the end of the seminar, each pastor present received a copy of the FCCI book,
On Saturday, he visited the many outreach ministries of the church, including KSTV, a 24-hour station reaching 54 nations; and King Solomon's Primary School with 600 students' King Solomon's Secondary School with 250 students. Many of the students in both the primary and secondary schools are boarding students. Then on Sunday, Dr. Stanko spoke in both services of Good News Church.
The main purpose for his visit was to prepare for the FCCI biannual international conference that will be held in Kampala and hosted by Good News Church from June 26-29, 2023. Be watching for more information on the conference and be prepared to be there for what is sure to be a monumental undertaking. Thank you, Pastor Solomon, for a great visit and for your willingness to host the event.
